Le Club Diversité
The primary aim of Le Club Diversité ® is to develop a widely applicable model for managing the diversity and inclusion issues of our day.
In creating this model, we stand on the shoulders of prior generations of effort in this global endeavour and we are going one step further. We are refining a framework for guiding and measuring the practical implementation of this model within the context of any organization’s diversity agenda.
The power and potentially lasting influence of our collective work in this regard rests squarely on the diversity of the club's growing membership.
While Vision Enabler Ltd. established the club in 2007, as its next logical step for engaging organizations in diversity and inclusion issues, the tangible outcomes from the club will be a credit to and equally shared by all of its members.
The drafted model and framework which Vision Enabler Ltd. is introducing to the club during 2008 were documented in a case study requested by the United Nations in 2007.
In 2007, we were invited to join the UN Expert Group Meeting on; "Creating an Inclusive Society: Practical strategies to promote social integration". This case study was requested as part of our joining the Expert Group. It articulates the approach Vision Enabler Ltd. has been developing, implementing and refining since 2005.
The case study is hosted by the United Nations at the following URL;

After reviewing our award-winning approach, Mr. Louis Schweitzer, head of the French Commission for Equal Opportunities (HALDE) has endorsed the work we are doing, for which we are very appreciative.
