Phase I: Developing a Diversity Model and a Framework for its Implementation
Phase I begins with Club Members privately benchmarking themselves (and their organisations) against a short VE (*) Perceptions Questionnaire© and a VE Detailed Implementation Questionnaire©. Vision Enabler Ltd. devised these questionnaires based on its own distillation of the diversity and inclusion work done in the United Kingdom and in Sweden over the last three decades.
Phase I culminates in a facilitated face-to-face workshop where Club Members collectively lay down the foundational framework for a model diversity program.
Four minority areas are focussed on; Gender, Age, Disabilities, Ethnic Minorities. Combined or parallel workshops to focus on each of these areas may be provided.
