Phase II
Phase II: Vetting the Model and Framework with Employed Minorities
Phase II begins with Club Members identifying employees within their organisations that have personal, experience-based insights into the diversity and inclusion issues relating particularly to gender, age, disabilities and / or ethnic minorities.
These employees will form the "working group" for a facilitated face-to-face workshop that emulates Phase I in process but utilizes the foundational framework that was collectively generated by Club Member participants during Phase I.
Prior to participating in the Phase II face-to-face workshop, the selected employees will privately benchmark themselves (and their organisations) against the same short VE (*) Perceptions Questionnaire© and VE Detailed Implementation Questionnaire© that the Phase I Club Member participants used.
The data obtained and the proposals coming out of this working group will be summarized and prioritized in the form of reports as a basis for further discussion.
Four minority areas are focussed on; Gender, Age, Disabilities, Ethnic Minorities. Combined or parallel workshops to focus on each of these areas may be provided.
