Phase III

Phase III: Vetting the Model and Framework with Unemployed Minorities

Phase III begins with Club Members and / or Vision Enabler Ltd. identifying unemployed minorities that have personal, experience-based insights into the diversity and inclusion issues relating particularly to gender, age, disabilities and / or ethnic minorities.

These unemployed minorities will form the "working group" for a facilitated face-to-face workshop that emulates Phase II in process but utilizes the foundational framework that was collectively refined by the employed minority participants during Phase II.

Prior to participating in the Phase III face-to-face workshop, the selected unemployed minorities will privately benchmark themselves (and their organisational experience, if any) against the same short VE (*) Perceptions Questionnaire© and VE Detailed Implementation Questionnaire© that the Phase I Club Member participants used.

Additionally, Phase III participants will be offered an opportunity to meet with Vision Enabler Ltd. individually and / or collectively prior to participating in the workshop. This allows time for them to receive training in the communication skills that will be useful for them in corporate environments.

The data obtained and the proposals coming out of this working group will be summarized and prioritized in the form of reports as a basis for further discussion.

Four minority areas are focussed on; Gender, Age, Disabilities, Ethnic Minorities. Combined or parallel workshops to focus on each of these areas may be provided.
