Phase IV
Phase IV: Collectively Refining the Model and Framework
Phase IV includes the active involvement of all prior participants – both Club Members and the unemployed minorities from the prior three phases. Please note that Phase IV will be a filmed event.
Prior to coming together for the Phase IV face-to-face workshop (*), all prior participants will privately review the reports coming out after Phase III, to better understand the experiential basis behind each working group's refinements to the foundational framework for the model diversity program.
During the Phase IV facilitated face-to-face workshop (*), all prior participants will form the "working group" and while collectively reviewing the results of the first three phases, will identify and evaluate which actors and actions are the most relevant and feasible in order to:
- Guarantee equality of opportunity and treatment to all job applicants;
- Recruit staff only on the basis of merit and unique qualifications;
- Facilitate the development and promotion of all new recruits.
The data obtained and the proposals coming out of this working group will be summarized and prioritized in the form of reports and / or multi-media as a basis for further review and discussion with Phase V participants.
Four minority areas are focussed on; Gender, Age, Disabilities, Ethnic Minorities.
There will be only one workshop (*) for Phase IV – covering all four minority areas.
Date: September 2008
(*) Participation in this face-to-face workshop implicitly waives all rights with regards to the use of the filmed portions of this event.
