Phase V

Phase V: Benchmarking the Model and Framework with a European perspective

Phase V begins with Club Members and / or Vision Enabler Ltd. identifying pan-European organisations whose members have experience-based insights into the diversity and inclusion issues relating particularly to gender, age, disabilities and / or ethnic minorities.

Members from these pan-European organisations will be invited to join Club Members for a facilitated face-to-face "best practices" workshop (*) that emulates Phase II in process but utilizes the foundational framework that was collectively refined during Phase IV.

Prior to participating in the Phase V face-to-face workshop (*), the selected pan-European invitees will privately benchmark themselves (and their organisations) against the same short VE (**) Perceptions Questionnaire© and VE Detailed Implementation Questionnaire© that Club Member participants used.

Additionally, Phase V participants will be offered an opportunity to preview the reports and multi-media production from Phase IV. This allows time for them to adapt their communication skills in ways that will be useful for them in the French corporate setting in which the Phase V facilitated face-to-face workshop (*) will take place.

The data obtained and the proposals coming out of this Phase V working group will be summarized and prioritized in the form of reports and / or multi-media as a basis for further discussion.

Four minority areas are focussed on; Gender, Age, Disabilities, Ethnic Minorities.

There will be only one workshop (*) for Phase V – covering all four minority areas.

Date: November 2008
