To ensure that we do these things well, we routinely assess ourselves and discuss the results of our assessment together – devising and implementing new interventions where necessary.

Repeated divergence from the above mentioned behaviours by specific clients, suppliers or staff will be cause for us to re-assess the sustainability of our commercial and legal relationship with those involved.
